Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your vehicle and its condition. If the vehicle turns out to be in a materially different condition on the day, we will talk it through with you and agree any change in price or scope before starting.

Bookings and access

As a mobile service we need safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it. Please let us know at booking if there are parking restrictions, body corporate rules or access issues at your address.

Cancellations and weather

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule. If weather makes it impractical to detail your vehicle outdoors, we will contact you to rearrange at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless something else has been agreed in writing beforehand. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book.

Results and expectations

Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle but cannot undo every defect. Deep scratches, stone chips, dents, cracked or failing clear coat, burns, permanent staining and age-related wear may not be fully removable. Where we can see a limitation beforehand, we will tell you about it rather than discover it halfway through.

Pre-existing damage

We check the vehicle with you before starting and will point out any pre-existing damage we notice. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts fitted poorly, or faults that only become visible once dirt is removed.

Personal belongings

Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Photos

We may take before and after photos for our own records. We ask for your separate, explicit permission before any photo is used publicly, for example on this website or on social media.

Liability

We take care to protect your vehicle throughout the process. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
